Highgrove Gardens

A Royal treat today as we visit Highgrove Gardens, HRH The Prince of Wales has spent over 30 years transforming the grounds of Highgrove into a true masterclass, they have been acknowledged as some of the most inspired and innovative gardens in the United Kingdom.

The garden tour lasts approximately two hours and is a walk of about 2 miles.

All visitors MUST bring a form of photo identification with them – we’d suggest driving licence or passport.

Blenheim Palace

Today we visit Blenheim Palac. The birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill is a masterpiece of English Baroque architecture and the stunning State Rooms are brimming with priceless works of art and magnificent tapestries.

The Palace is still inhabited today by the Duke of Marlborough and is surrounded by sweeping lawns, 'Capability' Brown formal gardens and a magnificent lake, Blenheim Palace offers a memorable day out!

Oxford

Next we head to Oxford, the city of ‘Dreaming Spires’ home to the oldest university in the English-speaking world and of course, Inspector Morse. Sample the city with a tour on an open top bus,
head to the Ashmolean Museum and marvel at the university’s collection of paintings, glass, silver and ceramics or take a punt along the river Thames, the choice is yours!
