Severn Valley Railway and Blists Hill

This morning we head to Kidderminster to start our day with a nostalgic oneway journey on the severn Valley railway. Journey back in time on this steam hauled train as it meanders through 16 miles of rolling countryside with breath-taking panoramas.

Later we journey to Blists Hill Victorian town, the most popular of the Ironbridge Gorge Museums. This openai museum allows you to experience the sights, sounds and smells of Victorian life in the late 1800s.

Ludlow and Hampton Court Castle and Gardens

Morning free in the historic town of ludlow. Enjoy the award-winning market, it’s castle and boutique shops and eateries.

16 miles away is Hampton Court Castle, dating back to the 15th Century. The Gardens are said to be one of the most ambitious constructions of their time. Climb the Gothic Tower or descend underground to a magical sunken garden complete with waterfall.

RAF Cosford

Today we have a guided tour and discover someof the amazing stories of those who have served in the RAF. Housed in wartime hangers and in the National Cold War Exhibition you will find a fanastic display of aircraft and exhibits. Learn about the bravery of pilots in Test Flight and see the last surviving example of a Boulton Defiant MKi in War in the Air.
