Day 1 - 10

DAY 1 NORTH EAST TO PERTHSHIRE
Travel north into Scotland with a stop off at Edinburgh before checking into an overnight hotel in Perthshire (min 3*).

DAY 2 PERTHSHIRE TO DORNOCH
Journey into the Highlands, visiting The Queens View near Pitlochry, with time free in Aviemore and Inverness before reaching Dornoch for the next two nights.

DAY 3 AT LEISURE IN DORNOCH
Enjoy a day at leisure to relax and explore the seaside town of Dornoch.

DAY 4 FROM DORNOCH TO STORNOWAY
Across Scotland via Loch Broom to the western coast and Ullapool to catch the sailing over to the Isle of Lewis, Continue to Stornoway to check into the 3* Caladh Inn for the next two nights.

DAY 5 EXPLORING THE ISLE OF LEWIS
A local and experienced guide will join us for an informative tour of the enchanting Isle of Lewis - a treasure trove of discovery, with fresh water lochs and coastal cliffs. Then on to the pretty Port of Ness. The Callanish Standing Stones are a sight to behold and the sea-facing broch at Dun Carloway are legendary landmarks on the Isle.

DAY 6 FROM STORNOWAY TO ISLE OF BENBECULA
Depart Stornoway, journeying through the spine of Harris, passing rugged scenery, and pristine golden beaches before catching the ferry to Berneray, on North Uist. We continue to the Isle of Benbecula, joined to North and South Uist by spectacular bridges and causeways. Next two nights in the Dark Island Hotel.

DAY 7 THE ISLE OF BARRA
Together with your local and experienced guide, today is spent exploring enchanting Barra and Eriskay– tranquil, scenic and unspoilt, it’s a beautiful place to visit. Barra is located at the southern tip of this magical island archipelago.

DAY 8 FROM THE ISLE OF BENBECULA TO OBAN
Set sail from Lochmaddy on Uist to Uig on the Isle of Skye, travelling across the island, and on to Fort William with time free before arriving in bustling Oban for the next three nights.

DAY 9 FREE TIME IN OBAN
Explore the popular seaside town of Oban, known as the seafood capital and “Gateway to the Isles”. A popular resort with many shops, a distillery and McCaigs Tower is worth a visit.

DAY 10 TRIP TO MULL AND IONA
One of the highlights of the holiday is a visit to the lovely Isle of Mull and enchanting Iona, Scotland’s ‘cradle of Christianity’ and the burial place of over 100 Scottish Kings.

DAY 11 FROM OBAN TO HOME
Depart Oban and head for home following an amazing journey…
